Vibration welder MSV-630LS is a linear vibration friction welding machine in medium specification for thermoplastic joining e, it can be applied for the most range of plastic welding which is over than ultrasonic plastic welding ability. Comparing hot plate welding, vibration welding is with advantages of higher welding ability, higher effectiveness and lower power consumption.

MVS-630LS linear vibration welder applies one pair of electronic magnetic core to drive four vibration springs to generate linear vibration finishing welding, achieves power output max to 15KW. It can be loaded in upper jig weight max to 30KGMachine applies servo hydraulic system to force elevating table and to clamp parts during operation with 12.5N force. The system is with advantages of high control precision, stable performance and lower noise.
