28K 800W Handheld Ultrasonic Welder

Ultrasonic welder IBW-A8028 is a hand-held designed ultrasonic welding machine. Machine applies analogue ultrasonic generator IC controlled as the power supply to ultrasonic converter. Machine ultrasonic frequency is 28K, power output is 800W.

IBW-U8028 handheld ultrasonic welding machine can be applied for plastic spot welding or plastic stacking, plastic riveting, etc. It is most applied for automatic, especially the manual assembly to the interior of automotive door.

IBW-U8028 can be applied as a functional module to others machines such as automatic ultrasonic spot welding or stacking line, ultrasonic sewing machine, automatic non-woven fabric converting line, etc.
