MSV-650LS is a vibration welding machine in
medium specification which can be applied for the most range of plastic welding
which is over than ultrasonic plastic welding ability, its vibration loading
ability of upper jig weight is 40KG. MVS-650LS linear vibration welder is
mostly applied for production in filed of house-held appliance industry such as
welding for toilet lid, and automotive industry such weld tail lamp, instrument
housing, glove box, air inlet system
parts, etc.
Machine applies hydraulic system to force welding
in high pressure. Linear sensor is applied to confirm welding depth. MP Sonic
special design intelligent operation system provide machine with multiple function.
I-cloud system is equipped with machine for remote service.
