Automatic Spin Welding Line for Plastic Pipe

This line is specially designed for welding production of plastic pipe which applied in building. Machine applies spindle friction to weld O-type flang onto pipe. Two welding heads is designed onto machine for high effiency, automatic feed-ine system is designed for pipe & O-type flang to save human labor invested in.

Technical description

The line composits of Auto -inlet line for pipe, auto feed-in line for O-type, double-head welding station, transfer line, output collection line. Machine is controlled by PLC and set on HMI.
