Automatic Blank Folding Mask Making Machine

IBN-FM2412 is a blank 3D folding mask making machine, which make mask size max to 235*120mm. Through changing rollers, it can make masks in different shape design.

Machine finishes blank mask making process including fabric auto feed-in, ultrasonic sealing fabric together, fabric folding, waster material cutting and collection,etc. Basing on mask design, it can add nose wire inserting function and exhalation valve hold cutting function as optional.

Technical description

I. Machine process flow

1st. Fabric automatic feed-in；
2nd. Nose wire automatic inserting to location;
3nd. Ultrasonic seals fabric together as shape design;
3rd. Folds fabric;
4th. Rolling press to material;
5th. Ultrasonic seals folded fabric as shape design;
6th. Press fabric flat before cutting;
7th. Cuts off waste material by rolling;
8th. Pulls waste material away and outputs bank mask.
